PRE-ENROLLMENT FOR 2025-2026 SCHOOL YEAR
Ponca City Public Schools will open online enrollment for current returning students for the 2025-2026 school year on April 7, 2025. All students who plan to attend Ponca City Public Schools must be enroll online annually to ensure district and state-required information is up to date. Child nutrition applications may be completed after 7/1/25.
Parents and guardians can complete the enrollment process through the PowerSchool Parent Portal, accessible via the PowerSchool link https://powerschool.pcps.us/public/ and on the district's website. School Enrollment can be completed on iPads, computers, or cell phones, via the PowerSchool for Parents App.
If you need help with your Username or Password, please contact your students school. Information CANNOT be given over the phone. Please go in person.
New Students or Students Who Did Not Finish the 2024-2025 Year with PCPS
Current Address & Proof of residence - must be current within the last 30 days (water, gas electric). We cannot accept cable/dish TV bills, bank statements, or telephone/cell phone bills as proof of residence.
If recently closed on a home, submit a signed settlement statement in contract.
If in the process of closing on a home, submit non-contingent signed contract.
Driver's license of parent/guardian
Certified birth certificate or birth record
It is recommended that secondary students (grades 6-12) provide recent transcripts
Immunization records (immunization requirements located HERE)
Social Security card (requested, but not required)
Custody/Guardianship and Divorce Decrees (court-filed papers)
