October marks the celebration of a special group of leaders in our community … our school principals. These dedicated individuals play a pivotal role in shaping our students’ futures and the trajectory of our education system.
This month-long celebration is an opportunity to recognize and thank our principals for their unwavering dedication, exceptional leadership, and remarkable impact on student success.

1. How long have you been a principal? This is my third year as Principal at Union Elementary
2. What motivates you? Our young children that will be the future, their families and our awesome staff.
3. What is your favorite book? Young Readers would be anything Peg Kehret or Mary Downing Hawn. My favorite book as a child and as a mother is, "Oh The Places You'll Go." The words in this book pretty much describe life lessons and the choices we make and the consequences of those choices.
4. What is your favorite thing about being a principal? Bringing positivity, happiness and love into each child's heart every day, I am with them!
