Ponca City Public Schools

Ponca City High School Class of 2021 graduate and current Miss Ponca City, Emma Valgora, visited Liberty Elementary kindergarteners to read a book that she recently wrote. The book is titled "Petey the Penguin and the 3 P's." Her book is helping young children learn how to handle situations that they are not sure about, how to talk about emotions and the importance of seeking help from trusted adults. She also gifted copies of her book to the Counselor's office and the school library. It will be a great resource for kids now and in the future.
