Ponca City Public Schools

The Ponca City Rotary Club visited Liberty Elementary to hand out dictionaries to third grade students. Rotary Club members Jeff McKinnon, Mike Trewitt, and Po-Hi intern Damian Pando presented the dictionaries to the students.
