The Opportunity Center of Kay County has reorganized their parent/family support group (formerly known as Positive Impact) specifically geared for those with school-aged children with disabilities.
Parents and families with special needs children face unique challenges; this group aims to help find those resources and support systems to meet these challenges, while providing a fun, safe, and nurturing environment for the entire family.
There is no cost.
The next meeting of this newly reorganized group is Tuesday May 14 at 6:00 P. M. at the Opportunity Center 3007 N. Union. Dinner and child care are provided on site.
