Before students can attend school or complete registration, an updated shot record or a signed exemption form must be on file.
PCPS is teaming with the Kay County Health Department to provide an on-site shot clinic at the Registration Center at 111 West Grand on July 18 and 25 from 1 to 6 p.m. A parent or guardian must attend.
