We need your help with an important form that helps our schools access state Economically Disadvantaged funds. These funds provide services for all students and help keep our local tax burden reasonable.
This form is not for school breakfast/lunch purposes; it provides information needed by the Oklahoma Department of Education.
To complete the form:
1) Login to the PowerSchool app on your phone OR click this link and login on a computer PowerSchool Parent Portal Link
2) Click on Forms (…More at the bottom of the phone app or Forms on the left-side of the screen on the computer)
3) Click on 2023-2024 Economically Disadvantage Form
4) Complete form and Click Submit
