The district in-district transfer window according to board policy opens each SY on January 1st and closes May 1st. Parents have until the end of the day to put in a request for an in-district transfer for the upcoming 2024-25 SY. Parents will complete the form in their PowerSchool Account under forms. All students who are currently attending a site on an overflow transfer must put in a transfer request to continue at the site they are currently attending.


Pre-K pre-registration will end on Friday, May 3. Parents can pre-register for the upcoming 2024-2025 school year at the Registration Center located at 111 West Grand from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.


School janitors face all kinds of situations each day, but through it all they make sure school facilities are clean and tidy so students can learn. For all you do to support learning in our schools .... thank you, school janitors!

Congrats to the 42 Ponca City Orchestra students who made the North Oklahoma Regional All District Honor Orchestra!! They are headed to Bartlesville today to perform with other students from Enid, Bartlesville and Stillwater and will perform tonight at 7 p.m. at The Center in Bartlesville. Admission is free and open to the public!


The last day to fill out an application for an In-District Transfer for the upcoming 2024-2025 school year is May 1.
The application is electronic. Parents will fill it out using their Parent Portal. The application is found under Forms at www.pcps.us.
For assistance, please contact your child's school office or the Registration Center at 111 West Grand.

The 2024 Ponca City High School prom will be held Saturday, April 20th at the Marland Mansion. The Grand March will begin at 6 p.m. The theme of the 2024 Ponca City High School Prom is “A Night in Vegas.” The colors are black, white, and red.
The 2024 candidates for Ponca City High School Prince and Princess are Lily Post, Lorin Scott, Aranza Torres, Julian Estrada, Bo Kyler, and Cooper Leonard.

Wednesday, April 10 and Wednesday, April 17 are Distance Learning days for Freshman, Sophomores and Seniors. Only Juniors will report to campus those days for their state testing.


Junior state testing begins this week! All Juniors will take the ACT on Wednesday, April 10. Virtual and Po-Hi Juniors will test on the Po-Hi campus. Wildcat Academy and SHARE Juniors will test on the Wildcat Academy campus. All Juniors should bring their Chromebooks, CHARGER, a calculator and a picture ID (school ID or driver's license) with them. Test room rosters are posted at the Junior's school site.

Prom and After-Prom will be held on Saturday, April 20. The Prom will be held from 7-10 PM with the Grand March at 6 PM at the Marland Mansion. Tickets are being sold during lunches through TOMORROW!!!


The Lady Cat basketball team will be having tryouts on the following dates:

8th grade
Monday, May 6, 2024 - 5pm
9th/JV/Varsity
Tuesday, May 7, 2024 - 4pm
All tryouts will be at Robson Fieldhouse.
